THE ARCHBISHOP OF TUAM, MOST REVEREND MICHAEL NEARY, HAS MADE THE FOLLOWING DIOCESAN CHANGES.

THE CHANGES TAKE EFFECT ON FRIDAY, 15th JULY, 2011.

Very Rev. Joseph Canon Cooney, P.P., Ballyhaunis to retire.

Very Rev. Kieran Canon Waldron, P.P., V.F., Killererin to retire.

Rev. Sean Kilbane, SMA, Clonfad to retire.

Rev. John Dunleavy, S.M.A., Ballyconneely, to retire.

Very Rev. Pádraig Canon O’Connor, P.P., Mountbellew/Moylough to

be V.F. of the Deanery.

Rev. Benny McHale, C.C., Ballyhaunis, to be C.C. Athenry and Chaplain to Presentation College, Athenry.

Very Rev. Brendan McGuinness, P.P., Williamstown to be P.P., Bekan.

Very Rev. Stephen Farragher, Adm., Tuam, to be P.P., Ballyhaunis.

Rev. Tod Nolan, Diocesan Resource Centre, Tuam to be P.P., Killererin and to continue his role as Director of Adult Faith Formation, Child Safeguarding and Diocesan Youth Director.
